Join Our Board of Directors

WTC is a primarily volunteer led and run organization, and as such we rely on an amazing community of self-identifying women to contribute their energy, time, and passion. If you’re interested in joining our organization as a board member, please fill out the form below.

 

About you: ​

• You are an active intersectional feminist.

• You are aligned to the position statement and values of WTC and believe in the mission and vision.

• You are motivated to work with the board of directors, staff and volunteers to achieve the Strategic Plan of the organization.

• You understand the fiduciary responsibilities of a board director, or you are willing to learn.

• Able to become a member of WTC (minimum $10 per annum)

• Able to commit to 2-3 hours per week (10-12 per month) for a minimum of two years.
