WTC hosts a Watch Council field trip to Richmond City Hall

15 participants joined WTC’s Watch Council Field Trip to Richmond City Hall! The group was highly engaged, asking thoughtful questions throughout the tour. WTC facilitated an activity on what’s working well in participants’ cities and what needs improvement. Thank you to our welcoming tour guides who were knowledgable about Richmond history, local artwork, city services, and council chambers!
