WTC speaks at SCARP Symposium's intersectionality panel

WTC was a panel speaker at UBC School of Regional and Community Planning (SCARP) Symposium, a graduate student-organized event, on a panel on intersectionality in the built environment. It was great to see WTC members in the crowd and to chat with students interested in getting involved with WTC as volunteers or members!

This year’s event theme was ‘Planning from the Heart’ and focused on how to incorporate compassion, empathy, and intersectionality into planning, and how emotion, hope, creativity, and imagination can aid in the work that we do.
