Khayla is a program manager, facilitator, and equity-strategist who is passionate about creating a fairer and more inclusive economy for everyone. Her work is guided by a deep commitment to supporting people who face barriers to opportunity, both in their everyday lives and within larger systems. With over 10 years of experience, Khayla has designed and led programs for people from many different backgrounds. This includes financial literacy and social entrepreneurship skills to youth, business strategy to refugee entrepreneurs, and Minerva’s Emerging Leaders program for women and gender-diverse people.
